Oatmeal Bowl

A complete meal in a bowl and super easy to make!

  • 2/3 cup whole grain oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir occasionally. Bring to a boil and allow liquid to evaporate and thicken. Turn off heat and serve immediately. Toppings: fresh fruit, chia seeds, raw honey, chopped nuts or your favorite nut butter.

Bowl de Avena

Una comida completa y muy fácil de hacer.

  • 2/3 taza hojuelas de avena entera
  • 1 taza bebida de almendra sin endulzar
  • 1 cdta canela en polvo
  • 1/2 cdta nuez moscada
  • 1 cdta extracto de vainilla puro
  • Pisca de sal marina

Combine todos los ingredientes en una olla pequeña a fuego medio. Deje hervir y espesar. Una vez espesa retire de fuego y sirva de inmediato. Toppings: fruta fresca, semillas de chia, miel cruda, nueces molidas o mantequilla de nuez de tu elección.
