Homemade Croutons

  • 4-5 slices sprouted grain bread (or whatever you have available)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried orégano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil. Cut bread slices into 1” cubes. Place them in a sealable bag. Add all the ingredients and shake. Take out of bag and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool before serving. Enjoy with your favorite salad!

Crutones en Casa

  • 4-5 rodajas de pan de grano germinado (o el que tengas disponible)
  • 2 cdas aceite de olivo extra virgen
  • 1/4 cdta sal rosada
  • 1/2 cdta oregano en polvo
  • 1/2 cdta tomillo
  • 1/4 cdta paprika
  • 1/8 cdta pimienta negra

Precaliente el horno a 400F. Alinie una pana para hornear con papel pergamino y rocíe con spray para cocinar. Corte el pan en trozos de 1”. Colóquelos en una bolsa con sello y agregue todos los condimentos y aceite, sacuda y mezcle bien. Coloque el pan en el horno (sin la bolsa) y hornee por 10 minutos. Saque, deje enfriar y ¡disfrute con su ensalada favorita!
