Dalgona Coffee – Skinny Version



  • 2 tbsps instant coffee (I used decaf)
  • 2 tbsps hot water
  • 1/2 tsp granulated stevia or monkfruit sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup crushed ice


Whip the coffee with the water (and the sweetener if you chose it) until it becomes super frothy and resembling a mousse.

Fill a cup or glass with the ice, add the almond milk and then spoon by spoon add the coffee mousse. Mix together and enjoy!

Café Dalgona – versión light


  • 2 cdas de café instántaneo (yo usé descafeinado)
  • 2 cdas agua caliente
  • 1/2 cdta endulzante granulado (stevia u otro, opcional)
  • 1/2 taza leche de almendra sin endulzar
  • 1/3 taza hielo molido


Con una batidora, bata el café, el agua y endulzante hasta obtener una consistencia espesa y espumosa, que parezca un mousse. En un vaso aparte, coloque el hielo y la leche. Luego, cucharada por cucharada agregue el mousse de café. ¡Mezcle bien y disfrute!
