Berry Good Yogurt Parfait

Layer the ingredients in order:

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (divided in half)
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (no sugar, salt or palm oil added)
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Sprinkle of: sunflower seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds, whole rolled oats or broken down rice cake for added crunch

👌🏻If you’re watching your fat intake: use fat-free greek yogurt and lower the nut butter portion.

👌🏻If you’re watching your carb intake: skip the honey and go light on the toppings.

Parfait de Yogurt y Frutos Rojos

  • 1/2 taza de yogurt griego simple (dividido en mitad)
  • 1/4 taza fresas en trocitos
  • 1/4 taza arándanos frescos
  • 1 cda mantequilla de nuez de su elección (sin azúcar, sal o aceite de palma)
  • 1 cdta miel cruda (de abeja)
  • Espolvorear: pepitas, coco rayado sin endulzar, semillas de chia, hojuelas de avena entera o arroz inflado sin endulzar

👌🏻 Si estás limitando tu consumo de grasas: utiliza yogurt griego libre de grasa

👌🏻 Si estás limitando tu consumo de carbohidratos: elimina la miel y ten cuidado con los toppings.
