Banana-Nut Waffles

BANANA-NUT WAFFLES: NO FLOUR!

🍌 2 large, ripe bananas

🍌 1 cup almond or other nut butter of choice (no additives or sugar added)

🍌 1 tsp pure butter, melted

🍌 2 large eggs

🍌 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

🍌 1 tsp chia seeds

🍌 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

Preheat waffle maker for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix well. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray. Add mix to the center and spread around with a spatula. Cook until golden and serve with your favorite toppings.

🍌 2 bananos grandes y maduros

🍌 1 taza mantequilla de almendras pura o cualquier otra nuez (maní, marañón) sin aditivos ni azúcar agregada

🍌 1 cdta de mantequilla pura, derretida

🍌 2 huevos grandes

🍌 1 cdta extracto de vainilla pura

🍌 1 cdta de semillas de chía

🍌 1 cdta soda del martillo

Colocar todos los ingredientes en licuadora de alta potencia hasta mezclar bien. Precalentar wafflera y colocar aceite en spray en ambos lados. Verter la mezcla en el centro de la wafflera y esparcir con una espátula. Cocinar hasta que estén dorados. Servir con sus toppings preferidos.
